Fried Chicken Commercial Production & Editing

Cinematic Fried Chicken Launch Video Production

This Fried Chicken Commercial Production was commissioned to launch Fryco in Bangladesh with a bang. The primary objective was to visualize "crunch" and "juiciness"—attributes that drive cravings in the fast-food sector. Unlike standard food shoots, fried chicken requires a specific focus on texture and the golden-brown color palette.

Cinematography & Texture Visualization As the director, I employed high-speed cinematography to capture the explosive details. We used slow-motion to freeze the moment the breading creates crumbs and the steam escapes from the hot meat. Macro lenses were essential to highlight the ridges and valleys of the crispy coating. The lighting was hard and directional, designed to create micro-shadows on the surface of the chicken, accentuating its crispiness and making it look three-dimensional and tactile.

Dynamic & Rhythm-Based Editing The editing style is aggressive and rhythmic, matching the excitement of a new brand launch. We synchronized the cuts to a high-tempo beat, using sound design to amplify the "crunch" audio cues. The edit moves rapidly between the preparation process—dusting the flour, frying in oil—and the final consumption shots, creating a loop of anticipation and satisfaction.

Golden-Hour Color Grading In post-production, the Color Grading was calibrated to a "Golden" palette. We pushed the warm oranges and yellows to ensure the chicken looked perfectly cooked and appetizing, avoiding any greasy or dull tones. This vibrant, high-contrast look ensures the product pops against any background, essential for digital billboards and social media ads.

This project demonstrates my ability to execute Crispy Food Videography, creating assets that make the viewer physically crave the product.
